DELIVERY & RETURNS
We at meghdoot take between 5-10 working days to deliver your ordered merchandize from the time you place the order on our site.
Before dispatching the product, we also do a quality check on the merchandize and then ship as per your order and destination.
meghdoot ensures that the fastest and most efficient dispatch & delivery chain is in place to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse.
The goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India and within 5 working days for all deliveries outside India.
On dispatch we will send you a mail giving you the details of the courier service used.
meghdoot dispatches all parcels using a courier chosen according to your order or the type of products sold, to offer you fast and reliable delivery.
You can track your delivery via the Track Order at the bottom of the welcome page of meghdoot.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on delivery option is available only in India and for amounts less than Rs 10000. (Limited period offer)
Your Express order will be shipped within 72hrs from the purchase. Depending upon your location you will receive your order within 2-7 business days.
In case of a prepaid order placed between Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and shipped within 24hrs and all orders placed on
Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or the next working day.
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you seamless service quality,
meghdoot promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.
What should I do if I cannot track my order online?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically. You can then follow your parcel's progress on our website
by going to the Track Order at the bottom of the welcome page of meghdoot. If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us
so we can follow up on your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What Happens if I am not Available to Receive my Parcel?
Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a card will be left for your information. A second attempt will automatically be made after 48 hour,
along with a card. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 7 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to meghdoot.
Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our warehouse. We will re-dispatch it to you as per your instructions.
What if the courier is unable to leave a card?
If your post-box is inaccessible and our courier was not able to leave a card, we recommend you contact us directly so that we can take matters further and locate your parcel.
What should I do I receive a damaged parcel or if a damaged parcel has been left for me?
If your parcel was left for you in your postbox, or if your neighbour has accepted it on your behalf, and it is damaged, the parcel is considered 'Accepted'. If on opening your parcel you notice that items are damaged or missing, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel by sending an e-mail at email@example.com. I Have Only Received Part of my Order
Please be aware that your order may be dispatched in separate parcels and on different dates. If you have only received a part of your order, we recommend you visit the delivery tracking page in the
Track Order at the bottom of the welcome page of meghdoot. If shipment is still ongoing, your missing items will almost certainly be delivered shortly. If the shipment dates have lapsed and you have not
received your entire order, please contact us by sending a mail to customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
meghdoot has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if it has few issues or the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
Exchange of product is applicable only on a product that has a difference of Rs 500 or more. Return/ Exchange requests for sarees with customized blouses/ sarees ( with fall and piko done) will not be accepted.
No RETURNS will be accepted on COD orders.
· There will be no exchange of the product on colour variation basis as the colour shown at various resolutions always varies. If you still want the exchange then you have to bear extra charges
whatsoever applicable ( In INDIA minimum cancellation charge of INR 200 or 3% of the invoice amount, whichever is higher).
Return/ Exchange requests for sarees with customized blouses/ sarees (with fall and piko done) will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend customers to satisfy yourself before choosing any product.
We provide first shipping free but for exchange return shipping charges would have to be bear by the customer.
· According to our exchange policy, we accept exchanges of all our product against the other product(s) from our website.
· We don't do cash exchanges. All exchanges does not include the any credit bonus, credit points or the additional discount.
· Extra charges will be levied upon in exchanges and that may vary from distance
· Returns will be refunded with the same brand of product including the same design and pattern.Returns and exchanges are not applicable for sold out items.
· We send all our products after checking its quality. So complaints of having sharp cuts and holes done intentionally won’t be accepted.
· You cannot claim any charge back on these issues. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will be only accepted in their original packaging,
including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments,if any . Any items damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
· Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either write to us on email@example.com.
· After validating your return request we will send you an email authorizing a return. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email.
· All refunds will be made out through redeemable coupons only for his next purchase in the registered name of the customer.
· All our products are semi finished and won't be entertained for return if the same is short of length as the design shown in the picture can be get stiched accordingly.
It may be error on the part of your boutique
who finds fault in the standard length of these products.
· Online discounted products in special offer can't be exchanged or return.
We allow 100% Money back Guarantee to our customers within 7days of the receipt of the goods.If in any way you discover manufacturing defect (kindly check disclamier) then you can send it back to us within 7days of the receipt of goods.The expenses related to sending it back to us like shipping charges,insurance charges,duty charges if any have to be paid by the buyer.
As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us,
we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
